In recent years,China's rapid socio-economic development led to the continuous improvement of farmers' material living standards,rural electricity consumption has increased year by year,but the rural power grid low voltage problems have become increasingly apparent.The power supply equipment in rural areas can not meet the electricity needs,specifically in the wire diameter small section,line loss increases;the meter gauge box is damaged,aging phenomenon,meter and wiring exposed serious phenomenon,on the one hand the equipment operation there are security risks,on the other hand,extremely easy to cause the meter box and the loss of electric energy meter,which will give Taiwan losses will be greatly increased.This paper first analyzes the current situation of Tieling rural power,causes from the perspective of macro analysis of rural low voltage,and the typical structure of the basic functions of Tieling low-voltage power grid Taiwan area monitoring system is presented,analyzed and effective monitoring data of Taiwan area were existed in the low voltage power network,including reactive power,voltage,three-phase transformer of export is not balance and load rate of transformer is analyzed in detail with the special.This paper mainly expounds the characteristics and effect of present situation,the problem of low voltage of the power monitoring system of Tieling Xifeng,Taiwan based area,analyzes the reasons of rural low voltage Xifeng County,discusses the comprehensive management of the problem of low voltage power,focus on to solve the problem of low voltage power technology strategy,in order to provide reference and development to improve the rural power grid construction,promote the development of rural infrastructure.
