For a long time, the worldwide excessive usage of fossil energy around the world has led to severe energy crises and environmental problems. These problems not only constrain social and economic development, but also threat human existence if they are not properly addressed. In the face of the severe situation,China has put forward the strategy of "One Belt and One Road" and "Global Energy Interconnection ".Electrification and cleanliness have become the mainstream trend of global energy development. The grid interconnection and grid construction are accelerated, and EHV power grid construction is actively promoted. And these can promote the smart grid continuous improvement and constantly promote the "Two Alternative".Making full use of wind and solar energy improve the penetration of new energy sources,at the end reduce the "Three North" abandoned the phenomenon of wind and solar and the traditional sewage coefficient of thermal power units Of the amount of emissions, environmental benefits can go to the upgrade and balance energy use and environmental protect, achieve sustainable development. In this paper, the research on the new energy consumption capacity at first,it is carried out to optimize the wind-light absorptive capacity of the power grid, and a multi-objective optimal scheduling model with three objectives(the economic cost of power generation, new energy consumption and pollutant discharge)is established. The commercialization incentive intensity, the new energy penetration rate and the amount of emission reductions are proposed to evaluate the optimization results of the model,in order to reduce the cost of power generation and pollutant emissions and improve the absorptive capacity of new energy.Subsequently, introduction of the concept of virtual power plants, because it's able to effectively co-ordinate the integration of various types of distributed energy and demand-side resources and reduce the randomness and volatility of the new energy output.A fuzzy optimal decision-making model of virtual power plant, included small wind plants, micro gas turbines, interruptible load and pumped-storage plants, considering environmental benefits was constructed. The multi-scenario method is used to deal with the uncertainties of daily electricity price and wind power output. In order to solve the optimal scheduling decisions programs, fuzzy satisfaction theory and entropy theory are applied respectively to fuzzify and weight the multi-objective function. Finally, the optimal scheduling decision plan is achieved and balance the goal of maximum benefit and environmental benefit of virtual power plant. The results show that the multi-objective fuzzy optimal scheduling model proposed,in this paper, using the multi-scene method to deal with the uncertainties of market price and wind power output, and introducing the maximum satisfaction index, the fuzzy satisfaction theory and entropy weight theory can simplify the contradiction,The nonlinear programming turn to the linear multi-objective problem and the optimal solution of the optimal decision model is worked out.The model can balance the economy of power generation cost, the energy consumption of new energy and the environmental benefit of pollutant emission, and guide power generation enterprises to a energy-saving and low-pollution way,so that it can improve the utilization rate of new energy. The decision-maker can adjust the optimization model, internal unit and constraint condition according to the specific situation and preference,in order to provide reference for the CVPP schedule, energy saving and emission reduction and sustainable development strategy.
