In this paper,according to the situation of new energy capacity and output of ningxia,this paper expounds the northwest and the ningxia new energy given the problems facing,analyzes the inter-district dc power to promote the importance of ningxia new energy given,analyzes the existing planning process befor e inter-district dc mode to be delivered to the outside of the negative impact of the new energy given is put forward in the plan before inter-district dc plan out a interactive peak shaving to improve the technical scheme of ningxia power grid new energy capacity.This paper analyses the inter-district dc transmission system operation features and inter-district electricity trade demand,studies have established a plan to adjust interregional dc mixed integer linear constraint model;Consider DC to send by the end of the demand,the coordination of power grid is proposed considering inter-district dc load of interactive new energy and conventional energy coordination optimization,and a two-phase power generation planning method based on SCED dc acceptance ability model analysis by the end of the power grid,and then based on the SCUC model,the comprehensive consideration of dc plan adjustment constraints,system balance,the unit operation,the new energy output prediction and grid security constraints,such as energy conservation,environmental protection and new energy given by maximum,optimize the sending power grid unit combination of preparation,output plan and DC is sent out.Based on the characteristics of Ningxia power system,renewable energy consumptive ability and the characteristics of receiving-end power grid are analyzed.Power generation planning method is put forward which improve Ningxia power system renewable energy consumptive ability by DC adjustment.The reference for the actual operation of Ningxia power system is provided.The Ningxia power system renewable energy consumptive capacity is imorived greatly.
