The economic in modern society develops rapidly.Population is growing rapidly.The use of fossil fuels,such as coal,oil,natural gas,is relatively large,Leading to an ever-decreasing energy.The issue of energy shortage and environment deterioration is more and more serious.Wind power is a new kind of energy,which is non-polluted.Wind power is a mature power generation,developing well.And wind turbines work in complex and poor conditions,such as changeable wind,strong wind,dust and salt fog,high temperature,cold and so on.The bad environment makes failure frequency of the wind power gear box is equivalent to twice the general mechanical equipment.Therefore,the research of variable load and dynamics of gear crack is very necessary.The semi-direct drive wind turbine planetary gear system is taken as the research object.Set up three dimensions model of planetary gearbox,gaining the physical properties of various components.Based on Davenport spectrum,wind speed model is established.According to the basic theory of aerodynamics for wind power planetary gear box,a dynamic model of planetary gear transmission system is established.Obtain the time-varying mesh stiffness of the normal gear by improving the energy method.Time-varying mesh stiffness is used as the internal incentive system and wind load is used as an external incentive.Solve the dynamic responses of normal planetary gear transmission system..Solve transmission system dynamics model.The dynamic response,spectrum and natural frequency of the model are obtained.The influence of wind load on the dynamic characteristics of the planetary gear system is studied.The time-varied mesh stiffness of cracks and broken faults with different sizes is simulated by energy method.And the influence of failure on gear mesh stiffness is obtained.The dynamic model of the planetary gear transmission system with different sizes of crack and broken teeth is established and solved.The dynamic response of the fault gear model is obtained.In order to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the faulty gear system,the dynamic response experiment of the planetary gear box with normal and faulty tooth fault is obtained by using the theory of vibration signal acquisition.And the vibration signal of normal and fault gear box is obtained.The analysis of the signal of normal and faulty gears is analyzed in time domain and frequency domain.The feasibility and accuracy of the simulation model are verified by comparing the results of theoretical simulation and experiment.The fault mechanism and dynamic characteristics of the faulty planetary gear drive are summarized,which provide the theoretical basis for the fault diagnosis of the gears.
