Abstract/Summary:
After a large number of experimental research and a wide range of practical applications,Steel fiber reinforced concrete with the excellent tensile,flexural,impact and anti-fatigue properties attracts popular attention.Due to the complex stress and strain,the actual structure of the components are prone to fatigue damage usually,leading to the fatigue performance has become a hot issue in the current,In this paper,I first focus on the theoretical analysis of steel fiber reinforced concrete strengthening and failure mechanism as well as bending static load working stage and fatigue equation.Ansys was used to analyze the bending static load and fatigue test process of simply supported rectangular beam with 0%,0.5% and 1.0% steel fiber content.to study the affect of steel fiber content to the perforce of beams under static and fatigue performance,Compared with the experiment and simulation results,found that with the increase of steel fiber content,the bearing capacity and fatigue life of the beam increase and mid-span deflection,Steel tension and concrete pressure decreases gradually,both of the results are consistent,The simulation process is a reference,on the basis of the result,The finite element analysis simulates the affect of steel fiber content of 0%,0.5%,1.0%to the perforce of T-shaped beams under static loading and fatigue performance.Steel fiber can improve the mechanical properties of the concrete,to solve the cracking,ductility and tensile and other aspects of the weakness of concrete.steel fiber can not only reduce the concrete cracks to develop,but also to improve the fatigue resistance of concrete,impact resistance,durability and cracking toughness and other properties,the concrete has a plastic properties of the composite material to improve its overall performance.The results showed that: Under the same stress load,The increase of steel fiber content can obviously improve the ultimate bearing capacity and the initial crack load of reinforced concrete beam,it slows down the deflection of the beam in the beam,the tensile strain of steel and the development of concrete pressure strain,inhibits the emergence of concrete cracks effectively.what is more,it extends the fatigue life of the beam,and improves the fatigue performance of the beam.mixed with the right amount of steel fiber in the reinforced concrete beam,It has a very important significance in the actual project.
