Implementing Targeted Poverty Alleviation to promote the overall well-off society,is a major strategy for economic and social development in China today.And also a major innovation in the theory and practice of poverty alleviation.Anhui County of Funan Province in accordance with the requirements of the higher authorities,through the promotion of distributed photovoltaic power to carry out precise poverty alleviation.As a political work,power supply enterprises must do their best to complete the work that PV power access to power grid.Research on distributed PV systems at home and abroad,although the profound content comprehensive,but most of them can't be directly used to design the power network planning of the county power supply company.To find a simple and effective solution for power network planning achieve the purpose,that to solve the problem of the distributed PV systems access rural power network of 10 k V,has become the main purpose of this paper study.In this paper,introduction and research the main work principle of photovoltaic power grid,especially against to the work principle of distributed PV systems.Combined with microgrid concept,analysis when the photovoltaic microgrid access the public grid,the change of current and power.In Funan photovoltaic poverty alleviation work,all electricity of photovoltaic power grid sold to power companies.For this situation,the mathematical model for “poverty household photovoltaic micro network” In grid mode or off grid mode is established.In the power network planning of county power supply enterprises,Ignore the 10 k V and below distribution above power grid.Existing schemes for power network planning can't be used to scientific and reasonable guidance a situation that many of distributed PV systems access rural power network of 10 k V.In this paper,according to the situation of the distributed photovoltaic power supply in Funan,the distribution network planning principles of 10 k V and below are sorted out,and pay more attention to the calculation of the planning objectives,for 10 k V distribution transformer supply area.As an example,Wang Jiaba township in Funan,combined with the operation mode of “poverty household photovoltaic micro network”,consider distributed photovoltaic power access to 10 k V and below the power grid planning,gives a conclusion Inclusion the scheme of 10 k V transformer,10 k V line and low voltage power grid.
