| When the pipeline rupture or perforation and other phenomena,a serious threat to the safety of pipeline transportation.In order to study the on-line detection technology of high-pressure pipeline leakage,to detect the small leakage fault of high-pressure gas pipeline timely and accurately,to avoid the occurrence of vicious leakage accident,and to study the pipeline leakage theory.The formulas are validated by experiments.The results show that the theoretical calculation formula has a reference value for the calculation of pipeline leakage quantity.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method is used to simulate and analyze the leakage of high pressure pipeline.The flow field of high pressure pipeline leakage is simulated and analyzed under different leakage aperture and different pipeline internal pressure.And the CFD simulation results were verified by the mass flux theory formula and the pipeline leak testing.Simulation results show that,when the micro leakage occurs in the high pressure pipe,there is a clear turbulence disturbance in the leakage hole;When the leakage in the same aperture,the greater the pressure difference between the inside and outside leak,the leakage hole flow field changes greatly,turbulence phenomenon is more obvious;When the internal and external pressure of the pipeline is the same,the greater leakage aperture,the leakage hole flow field changes greatly,turbulence phenomenon is more obvious.The Ffowcs Williams and Hawkings equations of the aerodynamic noise model are used to simulate the sound field on the basis of CFD flow field simulation.The sound source emission surface of the pipeline leak is calculated by calculation.the directionality of the ultrasonic leak in the pipeline is studied,and the sound field under different tube pressure is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the aerodynamic noise is a kind of broadband noise;the farther away from the leakage hole,the smaller the ultrasonic sound pressure;the greater the angle of the sound pressure signal receiving point,To the smaller the sound pressure signal;the same pipe leakage hole diameter with the pressure increases,the sound pressure point of sound signal reception point increases.Therefore,through the turbulence of the pipeline to produce ultrasonic disturbance measurement,can detect high-pressure gas pipeline minor leakage failure. |
