With the rapid development of economy,energy crisis and environmental deterioration,the two problem is more and more serious,the photovoltaic power generation with its environmental protection,inexhaustible,short construction period and other advantages has rapid development rapidly,but compared with other renewable energy,photovoltaic power generation also has two big problems: the high cost and low efficiency,therefore,to improve the photovoltaic power generation efficiency and reduce the cost of photovoltaic power generation are of great significance photovoltaic power generation.In this paper,the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation system as the research object,the model of PV system has been established,and based on the model,simulation analysis is carried out,through the research results,some optimization scheme have been put forward.At the same time,power generation and power generation efficiency evaluation algorithm is also established which can provide a theoretical basis for the design of photovoltaic power station.The main factors that affect the generation capacity of photovoltaic power generation system include the solar radiation intensity,the working characteristics of photovoltaic panels,the installation angle of the array,the shadow shielding,etc..Firstly,based on the radiation model,the influence of orientation and inclination angle on the annual amount of radiation of the photovoltaic cell plate has been researched,a theoretical basis for the engineering design has been provided,the output characteristics of PV array under occlusion group in the local cascade has been studied based on the engineering model of photovoltaic cell plate in MATLAB/simulink,the different scale array under occlusion for the environment distribution optimal centralized and distributed MPPT has been analysised,at the same time,the theoretical foundation for enhancing the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation system has been provided by carring out a detailed analysis for the power loss of cable mismatch and weak light conditions.Secondly,the operating characteristics of the PV array under occlusion of the results of the analysis,can reduce the shielding effect on the photovoltaic array of photovoltaic array configuration optimization scheme has been proposed,at the same time,based on the increase of photovoltaic power generation system control difficulty,in the weak light effect raises control topology scheme,the improved control scheme can improve the weak topology optimization light inverter efficiency,improve the utilization rate of radiation,while avoiding light shading from photovoltaic array effect on other units,so as to improve the efficiency of the system.Finally,the photovoltaic power generation system of power generation and power generation efficiency evaluation algorithm have been established,the algorithm is simple,practical,and more accurate,its output as the sun azimuth angle and elevation angle of the sun,solar radiation,real-time curve inverter efficiency has an important significance for further research.This paper takes Xinjiang Hami southeast Yamaguchi 50 MW project as an example,through the simulation analysis of the optimal tracking horizontal single axis,tilted single axis,vertical tracking mode under uniaxial and biaxial angle range,and compared with the tracking mode relative to the cost of fixed increase recovery years,determine the best tracking mode is oblique single axis tracking.
