In the increasingly tense of the energy situation,energy saving and emission reduction has been gradually concerned by people.Recycling of waste heat generated in the industrial production process can not only bring considerable economic benefits but also create environmental benefits.As the indispensable equipment in the waste heat recovery process,the performance of the heat exchanger directly affects the overall efficiency of the system.Because of the superior performance of corrosion resistance and anti-fouling,fluorine plastic heat exchanger is considered as an ideal substitute for the traditional metal heat exchangers in the field of low-temperature heat exchanger.Therefore,researching the flow state in shell side fluid of fluorine plastic heat transfer tube bundle,finding the outside heat transfer characteristics of the tube bundle and tube spacing on the impact of heat transfer and flow properties have a very important practical significance for improving the heat transfer efficiency of fluorine plastic heat exchanger and saving production costs.Based on the knowledge of heat transfer and heat exchanger design,the calculation model of heat transfer and flow performance for fluorine plastic tube bundle was established;The heat transfer and flow performance testing platform of fluorine plastic heat transfer tube bundle has been designed and built according to the actual conditions of laboratory,and the experiment was carried out after the experiment parameters and steps were determined,the calculation model was validated according to the experimental results;Geometry model of the shell and tube heat transfer tube bundle for fluorine plastic has been established,and the numerical simulation of heat transfer and shell-side flow characteristics was carried out,through the comparison and verification of results of simulation,calculation and experiment,the proper numerical simulation model of heat transfer and flow of the fluorine plastic tube bundle was obtained.Which can provide a reference for the follow-up study of shell and tube fluorine plastic tube bundle.
