| With the continuous development of the smart grid,relay protection has been been more and more important,thus,it’s necessary to study the state assessment of relaying protection and secondary circuit.Firstly,this paper proposes a method of using the wide area protection information to establish fault related domains by using discriminant analysis,lay a foundation for the the state assessment of relaying protection and secondary circuit.Secondly,this paper study the state assessment of relaying protection by using the protection information and operation data,mainly,considering the four basic requirements of the relaying protection,establishes the reliability evaluation index system in the fault related domains,and assesses the reliability,sensitivity,selectivity and speed of the relaying protection.The evaluation method can be used to evaluate protection coordination,action value and action time limit of protection device,improving the stability of the relay protection device in the high-speed development of the current power grid,laying a foundation for the safe and stable operation of power system.Finally,considering the defects of the secondary circuit statement assessment,this paper proposing a method for the assessment of the secondary circuit by using the protection information fusion,fusing the protection action information,start information,circuit breaker action information together,establishing the state evaluation model,using genetic algorithm to find the optimal solution,and evaluates the secondary circuit,providing a reliable reference for the timely detection of security risks in the presence of the secondary circuit. |
