Since the new century,with the further development of the strategy of the large power grid,the EMS system of the power grid dispatching system has a more important role and the basic requirements of the system is higher.The quality of the basic operation data of power grid determines the level of application for all kinds of advanced analysis and power dispatch control center directly,and it also seriously affects the accuracy,reliability and lean of power dispatching control system.Considering the current situation of the EMS basic data,it is necessary to carry out the research of practical parameter error detection,identification and estimation method which has important practical significance.Also the research of a kind of practical power network parameters of EMS system detection and estimation system is important.In this paper,In order to solve the bad parameters caused by various reasons in the operation of power grid,a new method to estimate parameter based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)and local state estimation is proposed.The local state estimation can limit the branch with bad parameter in a local area.Making the state estimation in the local area can avoid the residuals of the influence of the regional estimation accuracy of other areas which can improve the estimation results to a certain extent.The objective function is formed based on the result of state estimation,and the optimization of the objective function is obtained by using PSO to optimize the continuous variables.In order to solve the grid error parameters may appear in practical engineering,the paper has designed a parameter identification system based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm and local state estimation to make real-time detection and adjust error parameters.At the same time,in order to facilitate the operation of the dispatcher,the paper designed and developed the friendly man-machine interactive interface and provided a series of perfect system auxiliary application tools.Based on the parameters identification system,the paper tested the algorithm based on the measured data of real-time model and parameters which acquired from Guangdong power grid.The results of the test show that the system can help the dispatch personnel locate the error parameters and adjust the error parameters timely and accurately in a certain extent.
