| As the theoretical basis of the tug simulator,the accuracy of the tugboat operation’s mathematical model has a direct impact on the tug simulator.At present,the domestic research mainly focuses on the tug towing operation and the tug pushing operation,and there is not too much research about the operation of tug towing alongside.And in the widely used MMG,most of people used empirical formula to obtain hydrodynamic derivative,There are must have some inevitably errors.Based on the above points,this paper establishes a mathematical model of four degrees of freedom for the whole model of towing alongside,the work done by this paper is as follows.(1)Based on MMG modeling idea,established four degrees of freedom motion mathematical model of tug towing VLCC alongside.Established model of the wind disturbance force,current disturbance force and wave disturbance force,and carried out simulation experiment under environmental disturbance force.(2)Using AutoCAD to extract the coordinate data of the tug profile,and import it into UG to established the geometry model of tug.Using ICEM CFD software of computational fluid dynamics to meshing the whole ship,then using FLUENT to calculate resistance of ship when sailing straight.(3)The simulation platform was built for the mathematical model of tugboat towing operation by VS2013 programming software.Chose the loaded large oil tanker"KVLCC2" and ASD tug "Lian Gang 21" as the simulation object,left turning circle trial,right turning circle trial and 10°Zig-Zag test was carried,the simulation results are compared with the model test results to check the accuracy of mathematical model has been established.In order to examine the ship motion mathematical model of towing,simulation experiments of tug towing operation under different working conditions was carried out by using the platform has been established. |
