In order to solve a series of problems of the high pier continuous rigid frame bridge which the construction of the side span cast-in-place segments are difficult and the risk coefficient is high,In this paper,The Tong Xihe large bridge is assumed as the engineering background,The structural design and construction technology of the side span cast-in-place segments of the high pier continuous rigid frame bridge are researched,This paper put forward a structural design method which cancel the side span cast-in-place segments,which should take a series of technical points to carry out research in the construction process.The main research content is as follows:(1)The common construction methods of the side span cast-in-place segments of the high pier continuous rigid frame bridge are summarized on the present stage,which are the cast-in-place method of the side-pier brackets,the cast-in-place method of the top of the pier hangers,which are on the basis of above contents,and the new thinking that is the method of cancelling the side span cast-in-place segments with using the hanging basket cantilever pouring is proposed,The characteristics of the above methods are compared and analyzed,which summarizes the difficulties in the construction of the side-span construction methods in the construction process,which are on the basis of above contents,The feasibility and technical difficulties of cancelling the side span cast-in-place segments of the continuous rigid frame bridge are studied.(2)Design parameters of three different spans high pier continuous rigid frame bridges are analyzed,the high pier continuous rigid frame bridge which after the side span cast-in-place segments are cancelled,what have effect on the internal force and deformation of bridge structure,and then determine the reasonable span arrangement,which are on the basis of above contents,this paper analyze the closure order of construction and the weighting scheme of the asymmetric section cantilever pouring construction.And the rational arrangement of asymmetric section,s prestressed steel bars are studied.(3)The high pier continuous rigid frame bridge which after the side span cast-in-place segments are cancelled,the side span take use of the way of the hanging basket to achieve closure,In order to analyze the possible effect of the above-mentioned method in the process of the side span of construction closure,to set up the hanging basket hanger solid model,and analyze the influence of external environmental factors such as temperature load in the process of the side span of construction,then put forward targeted measures,To ensure the high pier continuous rigid frame bridge which after the side span cast-in-place segments are cancelled,which the structure is the safety and construction quality meet the requirements,at the same time,the monitoring measures of the key technology are researched in the process of construction.(4)For the high pier continuous rigid frame bridge which is cancelled the side span cast-in-place segments and which is kept ordinary the side span cast-in-place segments,Respectively,From the construction stage and the operation stage,to analyze and compare the main beam structure of the bending moment,stress and deflection of the difference and contact.The results show that the side-span construction method of the high-pier continuous rigid frame bridge to cancel the side-span cast-in-place segments is better than that of the conventional high-pier continuous rigid frame bridge,It is fully validated that the new proposing method is the superiority and feasibility.
