| China’s reform and opening up after 30 years of development,has built a large number of concrete buildings,including concrete road is more common.During the use of the surface of the concrete road will often occur cracking,shell,hemp and other diseases,a large number of concrete road surface on the need for thin repair.Thin layer of rapid repairing materials need rapid hardening,high strength,small shrinkage deformation,strong cohesive force,good durability,alkali-metakaolin slag cement is a good green rubber material and rapid hardening,high strength,more important is that the material has good volume stability,durability and bonding performance,so by studying the alkali-metakaolin-mechanical properties of slag cementitious materials,adhesive strength,shrinkage deformation,durability,makes the alkali-metakaolin-slag cementitious material can achieve thin layer rapid repair materials in all kinds of performance requirements.The results showed that:(1)modulus sodium silicate and alkali equivalent of alkali-metakaolin-the biggest influence the strength of the slag cementing materials,mixture ratio of alkali equivalent of around 9%,sodium silicate module for 1,cement clinker,and dosage of metakaolin and slag were 45%、45%、10%,sol ratio 0.56,the compressive strength of specimen 1 d up to 37.7 MPa;(2)alkali-metakaolin slag cementing material net net pulp and ordinary Portland cement slurry 28 d bond strength can reach 4.2 MPa,and the repair interfacial bonding strength after grooving can significantly improve;(3)with the increase of dosage of metakaolin alkali-metakaolin slag cementing materials the shrinkage rate of net pulp showed a decline,in the metakaolin content in 50%,the net-metakaolin-alkali slag cement materials slurry coMPared the shrinkage rate of ordinary Portland cement has fallen by nearly half.Alkali cementitious material shrinkage rate will increase with the increase of alkali equivalent,in alkali equivalent was 7%,rubber material shrinkage rate of0.1594% is about one-third that of ordinary Portland cement shrinkage;(4)alkali-metakaolin slag cement slurry soaking in sodium sulfate solution after 90 d,its strength is not only not decline was slightly increased,alkali equivalent of alkali excitation agent in 7%,8%,9%,mortar-metakaolin-alkali slag cement materials after soaking in sodium sulfate solution 90 d strength increased by 0.4%,0.4% and3% respectively,and the intensity of ordinary Portland cement mortar fell by 4.4%;(5)alkali-metakaolin-soaking mortar in hydrochloric acid slag cement materials after the 28 d strength decreases,alkali equivalent of alkali excitation agent are 7%,8% and 7% respectively,the alkali-metakaolin slag cementing materials mortar strength decline rate after soaking in hydrochloric acid solution are 4.2%,7.6% and4.2% respectively,but are lower than that of ordinary Portland cement mortar strength degradation rate was 8.5%. |
