With the rapid development of national construction and road network extending,more and more highway construction,from the plain and hilly area mainly turned to mountainous areas.Relative to most projects,when construction in hill area and mountain land,Its environment,working conditions and geological conditions are tough and complicated.In order to use natural resources reasonably,regard stone as roadbed filling.As a result,both for the convenience of the materials,but also has the outstanding social and economic benefits,in addition,the engineering characteristics of stone mainly for high permeability,high shear strength and stiffness of the large,is a good fillingmaterial.From the current point of view,Relative to fill subgrade,the application of rockfill subgrade in the domestic and foreign is less,the specificationof rock fill roaded isnot yet perfect,especially in the tundra.In this way,there are some difficulties in the quality control of the filling stone roadbed in the high altitude permafrost zone,mainly: the factors affecting the quality of rock fill roadbed is more,if too many control indicators,and no important degree of time-sharing,actual construction will not be able to expand;the filler particle size is big,rock fill roadbed compaction quality detection is difficult to continue to take the traditional compaction test to control,how rockfill subgrade compaction quality control and inspection,can truly reflect the rockfill embankment engineering quality.This article in view of the rock fill subgrade compaction quality control problems,through the analysis of the data at home and abroad,the qinghai Tibetan rock fill embankment actual implementation of the quality control of the project,the thought from the classification,composition,particle size of filler Tibetan basic properties of frozen soil area and the quality of rock fill roadbed,the influence of compaction characteristics and fracture characteristics of rockfill materials,etc.,compaction engineering properties of rock fill roadbed stuffing were studied.On the basis of this,the compaction mechanism and its influencing factors are studied,and then,analysis and control influence the Tibetan areas of rock fill roadbed compaction quality control packing size,material density and water absorption and compaction test.Combined with the research of the field test of the test section of stone filled subgrade in Qinghai Zhanian Road.This paper analyzes the largest rock fill subgrade filler particle size,loose laying thickness and particle size composition on roadbed compaction effect,putting forward theTibetan rock fill control of roadbed stuffing,foundation treatment,paving,leveling and compaction process such as construction quality control technology.
