With the continuous increase of the scale of asphalt pavement engineering and the continuous improvement of quality requirements,mechanized construction is playing an increasingly important role.It guarantees the construction schedule and quality of the highway construction.Reasonable construction scheme of construction unit can not only save construction cost,improve highway quality,but also ensure the completion of the project on time,and bring good economic benefits for construction enterprises.Therefore,in the construction process of the cluster configuration optimization,dynamic scheduling and the management level directly determines the whole project construction schedule,engineering quality and economic benefits,the optimized configuration of construction machinery research also has important practical significance.According to the theory of productivity factors of technical economics,re interpretation of the relationship between the project construction in the process of production of construction machinery and construction projects of production capacity,analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of configuration of construction machinery for construction machinery has an important influence on the formation of productive forces,to optimize the cluster configuration,the construction process of the dynamic scheduling and management were analyzed and the research focuses on the.On the basis of previous research,the introduction of quality cost model,according to the "cost-the multi-objective optimization model of asphalt pavement construction machinery" period to establish quality constraints,and the particle swarm algorithm to solve the model.Finally,through a case to verify the feasibility and practicability of the model algorithm for solving the problem.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows.1.when the construction of the object is determined,whether from the constraints or from the scale of economy,can not be unlimited labor,in order to meet the construction goal,for the modern large-scale construction projects,should be based on construction machinery for the skeleton,the formation of productivity by optimizing the allocation of construction machinery,machinery and combined with the key measures is to ensure sustainable productivity.2.detailed introduction of asphalt pavement construction plant operation system,mechanical selection and supporting combination principle,from the static and dynamic point of view of asphalt pavement construction cluster configuration method.3.based on the research on optimal allocation model of the machine group,the introduction of quality cost model,using multi-objective optimization theory toestablish quality constraints on optimal allocation of highway construction machinery under the project cost multi-objective function model.
