| Along with our country to accelerate the process of urbanization and economic development,traffic congestion has become the norm of each big city,but not all roads in urban road network are crowded.For traffic manager,traditional diversion scheme which formulated for part congestion are not scientific and inadequate understanding of traveler’s psychology and the change of road state,often caused the transfer of congestion.The design of rapid traffic diversion scheme need three characteristic covered timeliness,quantitative and systemization.This paper aimed to quantify the shunt flow caused by traffic guidance,and consider to choice the best shunt strategy with traffic flow equilibrium in the road network.The formation process of dynamic traffic diversion scheme include three parts,which is rapid acquisition of traffic information,road congestion identification and the formation and distribution of diversion strategy.This paper introduces the fast detector to collect traffic information,and then through the comprehensive evaluation method will be crowded grade roads,traffic guidance and traffic control finally from two aspects introduced the means to realize the fast traffic diversion,the above is the premise of implementation of traffic diversion program.In order to achieve the quantification of the shunting scheme,In this paper,firstly,the correlation of the congestion index ranking of the global road network and the shunting road network is estimated,and the range of the traffic flow is described by the maximum distance parameter k.Then,through the analysis of the proportion of the traffic flow into the outflow node,the OD demand of local congestion is reconstructed to determine the OD of the traffic congestion.Then made the SP investigation,which considered the driver’s path selection mechanism first,and taking into account four factors include individual,travel characteristics,road environment and induced,to analysis the reaction of drivers who receiving the shunting information.Finally,calculate the probability of drives to change the path when they face to the different of congestion degree and the quality of different alternative paths by ordered logistic regression model,forming a quantitative research on shunting flow under the traffic guidance.For systematize the shunting scheme,this paper start wrote at the selection of the effective path set and the optimal guidance section.In this paper,it defined the effective path first,then provided the method to calculate the road impedance,and offered the value range of effective path punishment to made the impedance punishment for the weak link in the road.Then,based on the path similarity penalty and increasing the deviation of the nodes,and proposed an improved deviation path algorithm to get the effective path sets.At last,this paper defines the recommended route,and optimizes the traffic flow distribution of each scheme by the combination model of capacity constraints,and selects the optimal diversion strategy from the residual capacity balance to induce the release. |
