This paper carries out deep research work on the construction technology and construction control methods,selected a 70 m main-span bridge called Guangdong Qingqiyong as the engineering background,supported by the ministry of transport applied basic research project "construction basic theory research of large span steel girder and concrete continuous rigid frame bridge”,the main research contents are as follows:1)Expounded the basic concepts and characteristic of the total prefabricated steel girder and concrete composite continuous rigid frame bridge;proposed a PCSS structure for steel girder and concrete composite beams;introduced the design of the Guangdong Qingqiyong bridge,and illustrated the construction of the total prefabricated steel girder and concrete composite continuous rigid frame bridge based on the Qingqiyong bridge;2)Explored the way on how to simulate the construction of the total prefabricated steel girder and concrete composite continuous rigid frame bridge with a PCSS structure,aiming at simulating the condition that steel bridge girder and bridge deck slab was separated from each other at the early stage,but combined with each other by welding at last stage.Meanwhile,analyze mechanical behavior og the bridge combined with the relevant specification,at last,calculated camber of the steel truss girders;3)Introduced assembly process of the steel truss girder;discussed three construction control methods of the steel truss girder: accuracy control of the pier beam consolidation embedded parts;safety design of the lifting point in the process of hoisting;linear control of the integral lifting of steel girder;4)Introduced the design of the bridge deck slab;analyzed the stress distribution of it due to human error that set a flaw in the prestressed duct;discussed the influence on the loss of prestress and the seam between girder and bridge deck slab,at last,put forward a solution to reduce the construction error of the bridge deck slab.
