The bridge made of corrugated steel replacing the concrete web box girder is called the prestressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel webs.Its main features are that the thickness of 10 mm to 30 mm steel plate replace the thickness of 30 cm to 80 cm of the concrete web and using external cables replace some or all internal cables.Compared with the ordinary concrete box girder bridge it has the advantages of light weight,good anti-seismic performance,convenient construction,beautiful appearance and other advantages.In this paper,the finite element software is used to research the design parameters of the continuous rigid frame bridge with corrugated steel web.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,consulting relevant information to understand the structure characteristics of the bridge with corrugated steel webs.To clarify the advantages of bridge with corrugated steel webs and put forward the significance of this study.Secondly,the mechanical analysis of continuous rigid frame bridge with corrugated steel webs is carried out three aspects of bending,shearing and torsion.The relevant parameters of bending,shear and torsion of composite bridge with corrugated steel webs are obtained by means of relevant formulas.And it especially research the steel web thickness,the plate length and the corrugated angle.Thirdly,based on the basic principle of design and the design theory of continuous rigid frame bridge with corrugated steel webs,it makes clear the reasonable alternative conditions or influence factors of section form,beam height,section size and curve at the bottom of the beam.Then the beam height,the roof thickness and the curve of the bottom of the beam are taken as the main research objects.Fourthly,using the finite element software to analyze the stress and deformation of the bridge by changing the structure parameters such as beam curve,section height and thickness of web,web of corrugated steel webs corrugated angle,the length of horizontal panel.At the same time using the Midas FEA to analyze the buckling effect of corrugated steel webs with different parameters of the corrugated angle,length and height of straight web.Then the formula is used to evaluate the parameters comprehensively,and summing up the most favorable and reasonable parameters toprovide reference for the design of for the corrugated steel webs of larger span continuous rigid frame bridge.Finally,From the point of view of economy,safety and rationality designing and optimizing a real bridge in Southwest China.On the basis of the actual bridge a group of better value comparison is selected and establish the finite model to check the whole bridge.The results show that both of them can meet the safety requirements of the specification,which shows that the design of the bridge is conservative,and there is a great space for optimization.
