This paper takes aviation lithium battery as the research object.Design and realize a digital charger for overcharging,overheating and other security issues during the process of charge.Firstly,this paper briefly analyses the research status of the charger.Then,according to the demand analysis and design requirements,propose the overall design scheme with power supply and control system.Adopt the buck DC-DC switching power supply to realize power conversion based on the analysis of topological structure and the system design requirements.Designing process of power system is introduced in detail from power topology,control mode,the mathematical model establishment and simulation,stability analysis and anti-interference design,etc.After comparing the difference between the digital and analog control mode,this paper takes the dsPIC chip as the digital switching mode power core.The design of the control system is discussed in detail from three aspects:the signal acquisition and conversion,the digital compensator design and the control method.The signal operated through the RC filtering network,hardware computing,AD conversion and DPID compensator,for PWM drive output as the switch control signal.The stability analysis of power system and the design of digital compensator based on the theory of automatic control(the Nyquist stability criterion,correction technology,etc)with MTALAB tools.Based on the current charging methods,related theories and characteristics experimental studies of the battery charging(charging voltage,capacitance,resistance,etc),designs a suitable method for charging process and simulation to verify the usefulness.Finally,design related experiments to test the system,with the PC software to realize human-computer interaction.Experimental results show that the design meets the design requirements and has convenient use,low cost,small volume,and high efficiency,etc.
