| As one of the most effective reinforcement technique,pressure diffusion cable technique since research and development success,it has been widely applied in railway,highway,water conservancy,industrial and civil construction projects.It is mainly through giving full play to the rock’s self-potential,regulating and improving the self-strength and stability of the rock and soil to achieve its supporting function.But it’s theory fall behind the engineering practice and the design calculation method is not yet ripe,there are many issues need further study and discussion.For example,anchor in practical engineering construction is easily occurred borehole bending problems.In order to get more realistic stress condition,the research on the force mechanism of anchor cable under the condition of channel bending as a new topic should arouse more attention.In order to get the realistic force situation,this paper mainly through numerical simulation and model test to study the problem analysis.In the end,in combination with laboratory test and numerical simulation results,summarizing the anchor that under the condition of different grades internal axial stress distribution and the shear stress distribution between the cable and surrounding rock.This conclusion in our country’s theory of pre-stressed anchor has a certain guiding significance to the theory research and practical application of technology.The main works accomplished in this paper are as follows:(1)Summarizing the reason and influence of channel bend.(2)Through the indoor test and ABAQUS analyze the straight hole and the hole bend anchor cable in the process of grading under tension load stress distribution,the main results are axial stress distribution of anchor and the shear stress distribution between anchor cable and the surrounding rock.(3)We can draw the following conclusions through the result curves: The axial stress in bend channel is bigger and the scope is border than the axial stress in the vertical channel;The shear stress in inner bend channel is bigger than the shear stress in the vertical channel,and the shear stress in the vertical channel is bigger than the shear stress outer bend channel.(4)The relating results provide evidences for the further research of pressure diffusion cable in theory and practice development. |
