With the development of military technology and progress,constantly improve battlefield defense,which requires the weapon damage damage ability continuously strengthen,in order to adapt to rapidly changing battlefield environment,the various countries' military scholars began to develop cloud cluster bombs,can is a kind of like the atomic bomb and hydrogen bomb explosion in a smaller range of effect,effectively destroy the enemy weapons and equipment and buildings,also can pass the violent combustion oxygen consumption “excess pressure” and lead to suffocation death,but does not appear new shells of nuclear pollution.This paper,based on the mechanism and function of cloud detonation play to play for the overall structure design,cloud detonation cloud detonation was set up 3D entity model,and on the basis of combining the theory of the projectile design of cloud detonation has carried on the overall scheme design.Cloud detonation to test whether meet the emission intensity in the process of launching,the paper used the finite element analysis software ANSYS to play the emission intensity of cloud detonation simulation calculation,the results show that the cloud detonation can satisfy the strength requirement.In order to avoid resonance occur in the process of flight,cloud detonation influence the stability of the projectile flying,paper for cloud detonation was calculated by the ANSYS software to play perfect play the first four order natural frequency and vibration mode,for the projectile at low speed to avoid resonance.For cloud in the process of the explosive bomb flying aerodynamic parameters of key papers provided separately in the engineering calculation method and fluid dynamics software CFX solver to solve aerodynamic parameters calculation,calculation result showed that two kinds of consistent,aerodynamic parameter calculation results can be used in ballistic calculation,provide theoretical reference for this type of optimization design of the projectile.This paper studies the structure optimization design can improve the elasticity of clouddetonation and certain theoretical significance and reference value.
