When the artil ery is fired,the huge airflow expansion force generated by instantaneo us combustion of the gunpowder,as well as the friction between the gun and the projectile in the high-speed movement,can cause the muzzle to vibrate.And this vibration will in turn affect the initial disturbance of the projectile,which affects the firing accuracy of the artil ery,as well as the destruction and the destructive force to the target.Therefore,the industry often choose muzzle vibration displacement as the muzzle vibration of artil ery firing accuracy of one of the indicators.Therefore,the industry often choose muzzle vibration displacement as one of the indicators affecting the artillery firing accuracy.As the artil ery fired,near the barrel will produce smoke,muzzle flame and other complex environmental factors.It has a high demand for the safety and reliability of the measuring instrument,so the measurement of the muzzle vibration displacement is usually a non-contact measurement method.The measurement accuracy of this method is high,while the inconvenience of the installation of measuring instruments limit the number of test points,resulting it can not get a comprehensive measurement to the muzzle vibration.In recent years,with the development of MEMS accelerometers,its volume and weight become smal er and smal er,making the contact method to measure the muzzle vibration as an option.In this paper,a set of acceleration acquisition and storage system is designed to measure the vibration displacement of muzzle with MEMS accelerometer.Through the efficient use of NAND FLASH programming time,the system extends its storage capacity to 16 GB.By making full use of FPGA internal soft-core 32-bit data bus,the system can simultaneously collect 32-channel vibration data,to achieve a comprehensive measurement of muzzle vibration purposes.This paper first introduces the construction of the acquisition and storage hardware system and the realization of multi-channel and data synchronization acquisition.Then,the processing method of DC component and polynomial trend term in acceleration signal processing is introduced,and this paper highlights the semi-periodic integral algorithm and its optimiza t io n algorithm proposed in this paper.Finally,the feasibility of the system and the related theoretica l algorithm is verified through the design of the optical amplification method and the image acquisition method.The main work of this paper:(1)Built a 32-channel acceleration sensor data acquisit io n and storage system;(2)Frequency domain analysis of vibration acceleration signal is carried out,and the correlation algorithm of interfering signal and sensor zero drift is studied;(3)Design two experiments to simulate muzzle vibration,and through the comparison with the acceleration data to verify the semi-periodic integration algorithm and its optimiza t io n algorithm feasibility.
