With the development of social economy in our country,the expressway construction is developing rapidly.However,the construction of the highway will affect and destroy the ecological environment,the highway greening is the specific content of the strategy of sustainable development,are to protect and restore the natural ecological environment around highway responsibility,in order to give full play to the function of green vegetation,greening of expressway management to reduce the pollution of the environment.So it’s important for inventing the Slow release nano-pesticides to raise the utilization factor of pesticide and reduce the harmfulness to people and environment.The natural polysaccharide is focus by drug delivery field especially in preparation of nano-carriers because of it’s stability,safety,hydrophily,innocuity and biodegradation.In this paper,the experiment consists of two parts.The first part chooses two kinds of polysaccharide as raw material,namely chitosan and sodium alginate,to form nano-particles by electrostatic self-assembly method.Methods such as nano-size,Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR)and Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM)were used to characterize the nanoparticles and antibacterial experiment was conducted.Via designing and verifying the response surface experiment,the nanoparticles with homogeneous particle size controllable solution were successfully prepared proved that the chitosan nanoparticles had antibacterial effect and the environment-friendly chitosan was elected as the capsule material Drug embedding.The second part of this thesis determined the material of drug-loaded capsules.During this stage,the capsaicin with the effect of spectrum sterilization was selected as the drug model and the lecithin with the effect of health care was selected as the surfactant.By methods like changing the concentration of chitosan as well as the drug,and adding the surface activity agents,the effect of the encapsulation efficiency of drug-loaded capsules and effect of sustained-release was calculated.Through high performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry,as well as the method of UV spectrophotometer,the detection method of avermectin 0.1μg/L-100mg/L was established to detect the concentration of avermectin.The surface morphology of the drug-loaded capsules was characterized through Fourier Transform Spectroscopy(FTIR)and Nano-Size.The drug-loaded capsules with particle size of about 2μm were distributed,and the peak rate was up to 93 percent.Compared with the original drugs,the release rate is much slower,achieving the drug sustained release effect and the desired target.
