| The 100kV/100A PSM high voltage power supply in the NBI heating system of the national large science project EAST(Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak)has the features of high voltage,strong interference,large area and remote operations.There are many kinds of potential safety hazards in the site during the nuclear fusion experiment,which make security incidents occur from time to time.However,comprehensive and effective remote monitoring is lacking so far,which makes it difficult to be aware of hidden dangers and precursors.Aiming at the actual demand,a distributed safety inspection system is presented and developed in this paper,in which optical fiber is used for remote signal transmission and intelligent devices are used for data acquisition and control.The paper has also designed the software and hardware of the system based on high performance DSP TMS320F28335 and Lab VIEW.Main work includes:(1)Based on the detailed investigation of inspection systems and the specific requirements of the high voltage power supply,functions and the overall scheme of the system are designed.(2)The safety inspection device based on DSP is designed.Selection of DSP and other chips,design of circuits,study on abnormal sound detection algorithm and development of DSP program are completed.The functions of the device include:detection of personnel in the site,abnormal sound detection,overproof combustible gas,flame,collection and processing of temperature and humidity information,voice alarm,reading of ID cards and communication with the host computer.(3)The development or selection of communication equipment and intelligent equipment is completed.The "one-four" optical converter and the "optic-electric"conversion box are developed,and appropriate serial device servers and switch are chosen through the investigation and research,so that reliable communication between optical fiber and Ethernet is realized.The dry-type transformer temperature controllers and UPS are selected to monitor the temperature of the dry-type transformers’ winding temperature and the power supply state of the HVPS control system.In addition,internal states of power supply modules are also monitored.(4)The software of the host computer based on LabVIEW is developed.The functions of communication between the host computer and the field equipment,data processing,display,alarm,data storage by TDMS and parameter setting are realized.(5)The system is tested in order to verify its rationality.The functions of security inspection device and the overall system are tested,and the hardware acquisition,software sampling and abnormal sound detection algorithm are tested specially.The results show that the system is effective to work as its target,and has important value to the safety risks control,reduction of the accident rate and loss for EAST-NBI high voltage power supply. |
