In recent years,cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor structure with thin-walled core box has been widely applied in practical engineering as a new type of hollow floor structure because it can applied to large-span and large-load structure and it is material-saving,rigidity-big,weight-light,soundproofed,insulated,and green.Because of little research at the present stage of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor structure with thin-walled core box,and also mainly confined to the structure design,endometrial development and construction technology etc.,so other aspects of the research is less.And cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor structure with thin-walled core box as a part of the structure,the effect of the overall performance of the structure,itself economic performance and various parameters on the performance of the floor,has great significance for its application in engineering.Therefore,on the basis of the existing research and analysis,this paper analyze and study cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor structure with thin-walled core box according to the concrete engineering example.The specific work in this paper is as follows:(1)The origin,development,type and current research status of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor structure are introduced in detail.At the same time,combined with the current norms and research,the common internal force analysis methods of hollow floor structure with thin-walled core box be introduced simply and comparative analysis in order to offer theoretical basis for the application of the later hollow floor structure in engineering.(2)Combining with the project example,for a multi-storey and long-span and large-load frame structure,with hollow floor structure thin-walled core box and solid slab structure respectively,the finite element software is used to model and analyze the overall performance of the two kinds of structures.Based on comparisons of the storey lateral stiffness,storey shearing force,the maximal storey displacement,the maximal storey horizontal rotation angle,natural vibration period and so on of two kinds of structures,the overall performance of cast-in-place concrete hollow floor structure thin-walled core box and solid floor structure is compared.(3)For cast-in-situ hollow floor structure with thin-walled core box,the influence law of the parameters toward cast-in-situ hollow floor structure’s stiffness,height of cross section centroid,and volume rate of the hollow can be obtained by analyzing theoretically the numerical relationship of its various parameters and its performance,so those corresponding suggestions scopes can be provided in order to provide a theoretical reference for design of section of cast-in-situ hollow floor structure in the future.(4)The 6×5 span multi-layer frame structure is established.The span of this structure is taken as 6 m,9 m,12 m and 15 m separately,and the live load of this structure is taken as 5 kN/m~2、10 kN/m~2、15 kN/m~2、20 kN/m~2、25 kN/m~2 and 30 kN/m~2 respectively.By establishing the structural model with YJK finite element analysis software,the economy of the hollow floor structure with thin-walled core box and the solid floor structure under the same condition is compared with different spans and live load.
