For the repair of Potholes in asphalt pavement,oscillatory compaction is a new rolling technology.In the repair process,the oscillatory compaction with a unique,horizontal friction excitation on the material to produce a role in the way to stimulate the transfer of friction,has an excellent market prospects.Based on the repair of Potholes in asphalt pavement,with the comparison of vibration compaction,the mechanism of oscillatory compaction in the repair of Potholes in asphalt pavement is studied.In this paper,the compaction law of asphalt mixture is analyzed,and the mechanism of particle movement and transformation into dense state under external excitation is expounded.Starting from the mechanical structure,the most fundamental difference between the vibration structure and oscillatory structure is analyzed;mechanism of two types of rolling mode is studied,and the vertical impact of the vibratory roller,the horizontal impact of the oscillatory roller are compared;based on vibration and oscillation roller,dynamic models are established respectively.In this process,according to the case of contact between the wheel and the material,it is subdivided into coupling and sliding conditions.At the same time,considering the parameter variation of the asphalt mixture and the vibration damping device,an oscillation dynamic model is built with hysteresis characteristics.In this article,the causes and effects of asphalt pavement potholes are analyzed,and the control indexes of repair quality are explored;taking the compaction technology,the protection of environmental and the disturbance to the surrounding structures into consideration,the requirements of compaction to Potholes repair are researched,thus to select a proper compaction machine.According to the specific requirements of asphalt pavement pit repair of compaction,adaptability of oscillatory compaction in the field is analyzed;in order to analyze the response of stiffness and damping variation of the oscillation system in time,frequency domain,the dynamic simulation analysis of the oscillatory roller is done;the variation of the corresponding compaction effect is analyzed when the parameters,such as rolling frequency,velocity and times,change;to carry out the actual potholes repair experiment with vibratory roller and oscillating roller,the variables has to be well controlled.According to the comprehensive theoretical study and engineering comparison test,it can be seen that the process of oscillation compaction is efficient and gentle without impact,which has good protection effect on the material particles and the surrounding structure of the working position.The compaction effect is excellent,and has the incomparable superiority in the field of compaction of asphalt pavement pothole repair.It has good technical superiority in the field of thin material rolling,urban area and bridge.
