Diving motor is generally divided into oil-filled submersible motor,water-filled submersible motor,inflatable submersible motor and shielded submersible motor.The shielded pump is consisted of a shielded motor and a pump,which is used for transporting non-solid particles medium of flammable,toxic,precious,corrosive or radioactive in low operating noise with no leakage during transportation.The shielded motor with advantages of small size,light weight,convenient installation and higher reliable performance,is widely used for water drainage from underground or lake,industrial and mining enterprises,urban and rural construction drainage,residents living water,sewage dirt treatment and so on.The efficiency of shielded motor is lower than the ordinary motor due to the presence of shielding sleeve.In this paper,the eddy current loss of the shielding sleeve is analyzed theoretically,and the theoretical formula of the eddy current loss of the shielding sleeve is deduced.According to the principle of motor design,a motor is designed according to the technical requirements.The types of slots suitable for this kind of motor are compared,and the numbers of slots and poles of this motor are determined finally.The rationality of the motor design is verified by the finite element method,which is used to analyze the various performance of the shielding motor,such as the motor speed,torque,current,slip,efficiency and power factor to meet the technical requirements.On the basis of the above analysis,the eddy current loss of the motor and the influence of the eddy current loss on shielded motor is analyzed.In the analysis of the shielding sleeve loss,the finite element method is used to analyze the influence of the stator shielding sleeve and rotor shielding sleeved on the motor.In the analysis of the influence of the shielding eddy current loss on the motor,the influence of the shielding sleeve material resistivity on the motor is analyzed,and the influence of the thickness of the shielding sleeve on the performance of the motor is also analyzed in the paper.Under the same conditions,the eddy current loss of the shield sleeve on the motor stator is much larger than that of the shield sleeve on the motor rotor,so the efficiency of the motor which the shield sleeve on the stator is lower than that of the shield sleeve on the rotor,but the power factor is the opposite.Under the same conditions,the eddy current loss of the shielding sleeve increases and the efficiency of the motor decreases with the increase of the thickness of the shielding sleeve.In this paper,the influence of resistivity and thickness of shielding sleeve on the motor is analyzed,which is of guiding significance for the selection of shielding sleeves on shielded motors.
