Lubricating oil pump is a key part of the aero-engine lubrication system.The quality of the oil pump affects the overall performance of the aero-engine.The performance of the lubricating oil pump is tested to improve the quality of the product.In order to test the performance of GS-1 oil pump,GS-1 oil pump tester as a testing equipment was designed.In the process of development,the pressure control,flow measurement,oil temperature control and oil pump speed control were emphatically researched and analyzed.In the aspect of pressure control,comparing and analyzing commonly used pressure control methods,a scheme of closed-loop pressure control is proposed by using servo proportional valve and pressure sensor.The servo proportional valve is connected into a dual channel to improve its flow capacity.The simulation model of servo proportional pressure closed loop control system is established,and the stability,fastness and accuracy of the system are analyzed.The PID controller can reduce error and improve the system stability.The influence of jamming signal on pressure control system is analyzed.In the aspect of flow measurement,the factors influencing the measurement accuracy are analyzed.The characteristics of various flowmeters are introduced and the turbine flowmeter is selected as the measuring element according to the actual working condition.According to the different types of measurement,the measuring elements are properly arranged.In the aspect of temperature control,the necessity of the heater and cooler is determined by thermal equilibrium calculations.The temperature closed-loop control system is built by means of the return difference control method,the mathematical model of temperature control system is established,and the feasibility of the method is proved by simulation.In the aspect of speed control,in order to meet the requirements of the different speed of the oil pump during the test,the frequency conversion speed control technology is adopted,the belt drive is selected as the speed increasing device,and the speed sensor is set up to establish the speed closed loop control system.Industrial computer,data acquisition module and various types of sensors constitute an automatic measurement and control system to improve the level of automation and production efficiency.
