Wind energy is one of the most potential renewable energy,and wind power generation is the most effective way to its development.But the wind is unstable,and mass grid-connection of wind power on power system safe and stable operation will cause a serious of influence.Energy storage technology was applied to wind power to bring down the wind power output fluctuation,constitute the wind power generation system is currently the storage ideal solutions to this problem.Therefore,how to optimize the allocation of reasonable capacity of energy storage system,the output power of wind power energy storage adapted to predict scheduling plan,to improve the ability of power grid given wind power,promote the large-scale development of wind power,has the important theoretical and practical significance.In order to optimize the allocation of the energy storage capacity of the joint system,and improve store joint wind power generation system after the interconnection of output stability of power,this paper analyzes the wind power system model and the model of energy storage system,emphatically summarized the wind turbine model,wind turbine model and the characteristics of the energy storage system model.Then that effect the wind energy storage and refining capacity of the two main factors: wind power output prediction factors and energy storage capacity of the optimization goal.To analysis of the two factors of the energy storage capacity,forecasting wind power output per hour and energy storage system operation cost,charge and discharge loss quantity and abandon the target of minimizing the cost of wind energy combined optimization model of energy storage system capacity.This paper proposes optimization algorithm that bases on the "degree of confidence" of wind energy storage combined system storage capacity,this algorithm using the nonparametric estimation fitting differential power probability distribution function and the cumulative distribution function,and the optimization of energy storage system capacity configuration.Finally,based on object type power energy storage system,based on a wind farm in hebei measured data,the optimization was carried out by the wind energy storage combined system storage capacity of the simulation and analysis,the results show that compared with traditional methods,using "scheduling confidence level" optimization method,in the case of the higher the degree of confidence,energy storage system's running costs,the cost of the charge and discharge loss power andabandon the wind energy sum is minimal.In this paper,working for the wind to store the energy storage capacity of the joint system optimization configuration provides an effective method.
