This paper used Emei mountain basalt as mixture;he can get the relatively reasonable particle size gradation cement by controlling the volume of basalt and grinding method.Then take the complex experiment with different dosage of single doped basalt and granulated blast furnace slag or coal powder to find out its impact on P.O42.5R cement basic chemical and physical properties.Then on the basis to make the systematic research of basalt single or double doped P.042.5R mixed cement and naphthalene and four kinds of polycarboxylate superplasticizer's adaptability under the condition of different incorporation,different standards and different fineness consistency water.And proceed the macro of quantitative comparison with granulated blast furnace slag and fly ash cement.In addition,he makes the free liquid volume microscopic analysis of cement doped with P.O42.5R by the way of orthogonal experiment.The research shows that:Under the condition of the physical properties of the cement does not drop,the cement mixed 8%basalt with 8%slag adopts better with water reducer than that of cement whose specific surface area is in the range of 360 m2?380m2 and particle size distribution less than 3?m and the volume is less than 19.0%.Therefore,from the perspective of engineering reality,it is entirely feasible in theory and practice to use Emei mountain basalt partial or total to replace the increasingly tight supply of fly ash and slag and other industrial waste products as cement admixture.
