In order to solve and make up the limitations of traditional monitoring means of temperature and smoke concentration in the monitoring processing of fire and secondary disaster in open area,a monitoring device based on quad rotor aircraft for fire and secondary disaster monitoring has been designed.Firstly,based on the analysis of the current research statues and research focus,this paper set up flight platform and designed controller of monitoring device.Secondly,the effectiveness of the PID controller was tested by MATLAB/simulink simulation and flying experiments.the procedure of the detecting and the method of detecting was designed for temperature and smog concentration.Finally,flight monitoring device transfers the detected signal to ground station and achieves the purpose of remote monitoring of the fire by using wireless transmission module.The main researching takes are:(1)Through the analysis of limitation of the traditional detection method of the fire,confirmed the multi axis vehicle as monitoring platform,designed PID controller and PID fuzzy controller,and built simulation model in the software MATLAB.The flight monitoring platform that is based on the flight control board APM2.6 has been set up.(2)In order to obtain the temperature value and smog concentration value in the disaster environment,the temperature sensor and smog sensor was used in the monitoring device.Under the condition that the environment have no fire,through the analysis of temperature value and smog concentration value,determine the possibility of the dying fire resuming.Subroutines of sensor module have been wrote and ran in the paper.(3)Based on wireless radio modules nRF905,the paper designed a wireless transceiver module to transmit the sensor signal to the ground station.The display module of the sensor signal have been designed.The subroutine of each module have been wrote and ran.(4)The simulation experiments of scene of fire have been designed.Experimental results verified the effectiveness of the monitoring deviceUnder artificial control,the system can monitor multiple points of the burning area of the fire.Through the analysis of transmitted image,temperature value and smog concentration value of the burning area of the fire,rescue workers can determine security rescue job and possibility of dying fire resuming.
