During the operation of passenger cars and powertrain,gearbox passed as an important component of the engine torque and speed.In contrast to other types of transmission,the current MT gearbox is still a large market share.Whether the assembly line can directly produce qualified gearbox assembly,not only with the development and design,production technology,but also on the physical state of the relevant assembly parts,it will eventually need to check if there is a qualified station before the product launch.Gearbox assembly-line cross-check test-bench this study developed with a correlation detection function to prevent the outflow of defective products factory and into the market.At present,China Transmission Test Bench study for online check to pay very little,and is now commonly used in the presence of a gearbox test rig many unsatisfactory areas,for example:space occupied by a large,large power consumption,low degree of automation,such as excessive noise at work aspects.This paper not only researches practical application test gearbox assembly station,but also read a lot of relevant literature,based on the premise of many aspects of the current cross-check test transmission station exists,this paper gearbox assembly line test Taiwan has been studied and developed key technologies.The main contents of this paper are:(1)Research gearbox test rig mechanical transmission bench normative research analysis,mechanical transmission standard bench test specification has been described,and based on the basic parameters of the subjects developed a gearbox subjects transmission test content and test processes.(2)Test Bench overall research program,through the analysis of existing test bed loading type,determines the type of load test bed,and the principle of load-depth analysis(3)Test bench structure research program to determine the overall layout and design of transmission assembly line inspection post test bench,described and identified the key technical content of the test bed.(4)transmission line cross-check key technology test bed for the transmission line cross-check test station key technology research and analysis to improve the shortcomings of existing test bench.(5)the design and simulation analysis of the right output shaft of the test bench,and the mathematical model and the software analysis of the right output shaft of the test bench.(6)Test hydraulic system design and simulation analysis,transmission line cross-check test bench of the hydraulic system for the relevant design and analysis,and simulation software with software adams cylinder modeled and simulation.(7)Strength Test Bench for base and modal analysis,using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench to the test bench for modal analysis and stress analysis,to verify whether the table body work force to meet the requirements and load requirements.(8)Test machine sample test verification,test the design and development of prototype test verified by experimental data prove this paper designed and developed test bench is used to meet the requirements.Under the premise to meet the test specification,the results of the study are based on the design manufacture and processing of cross-check the contents of the test device,and tested to verify the detection of bulk transmission,final test data to prove this paper designed online test stand well to meet the test for detection work.Bulk verified nearly a year,the paper design online test devices are already in use in the production line,customer feedback effect is very satisfactory.At the same time,this paper proved the key technologies of the proposed improvement program effectively available,developed the MT-line transmission test bench to meet the requirements of actual production.
