| Because of its small residual deformation and easy repair,the assembled prestr essed self reduction frame structure is helpful to realize the industrialization of residential buildings,and the structure has broad prospects for development.The assembled prestressed self restoring frame joint is made of unbonded prestressed tendons and ordinary energy dissipation steel bars,and prefabricated beams and prefabricated columns are assembled into a unified whole.Wherein,the prestressing tendon is worn through the embedded corrugated pipe,and the common energy dissipation steel bar is connected by a full grouting sleeve.The main features are: unbonded prestressing steel strand with good ability of self centering structure;ordinary reinforced by energy yield;precast beams and precast prestressed friction column docking,rely on the role of the shear extrusion.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.To carry out research on self assembled prestressed concrete frame structure construction reset,ordinary reinforced connection application of grouting sleeve connection,and the use of grouting barrel grouting,grouting quality has a very good control,and greatly improve the efficiency of grouting on the seismic performance of structure,has the very terms favorable;prestressing by retracting anchorage anchorage,can effectively reduce the unnecessary loss of prestress,the prefabricated units assembled sleeve grouting process and tensioning control construction technology in detail,to the future of this type of node promotion in the earthquake region play a certain significance.2.The use of OpenSEES prestressed self resetting frame joints is studied by finite element analysis,research of monotonic and cyclic loading on node finite element model of the bearing capacity under the monotonic loading,and the hysteretic curve on th e self reset performance and the analysis of the ordinary reinforced diameter not at the same time,the differences of their respective energy dissipation capacity.Then the ANSYS finite element simulation and its performance under the monotonic loading,t he results of simulation analysis results with similar characteristics are simulated with Open SEES,with the increase of ordinary steel bar diameter,increasing bearing capacity.The results of the two analysis show that the bearing capacity varies greatly with the diameter of the reinforcing steel bars,which verifies the rationality of the two models and can be used to analyze the actual performance of the joints.3.The theoretical analysis,mainly for the new node connection type,through the use of beam and column position balance conditions,according to the bearing capacity of precast beams and precast column section calculation,calculation formula of simplified analysis,the calculation results and the theoretical value of PRESSS design and method of checking,to verify the theory of existing similar nodes the test results by the simplified analysis and calculation,the difference is not greater than 15%,to verify the validity of the calculation analysis of the simplified;by using the theory of PRESSS value and the OpenSEES and ANSYS two of the bearing capacity of the numerical simulation analysis for the calculated difference,so as to further verify the rationality of the finite element simulation analysis of the calculated results,which are able to obtain reasonable verification. |
