A Feng Shui Study Of Traditional Folk House & Settlement Site Selection In Mountainous Region

Traditional folk house and settlement are the historical witness of human civilization.It not only reflects the adaptability of the human to the natural environment,but also reflects the people’s initiative to the natural environment.In recent years,Scholars at home and abroad to strengthen the work of the parties concerned,which reflects the importance of the study of traditional folk house and settlement.The research in this field can strengthen the protection of related objects,and more importantly,it has a positive effect and influence to solve the sharp contradiction that the modern human society faces.Our country has a long history,the ancient social civilization has been very high achievement,the reasonable planning and design of residential and settlement is one of the important embodiment.At present,the status of the traditional residential folk house and settlement in China is not good,Chinese government and scholars have carried out relevant research and protection work from different angles.For example: led by the government,the major institutions of science and technology scholars in Chongqing is responsible for the study of the national "12th Five-Year" science and technology support program "mountain traditional residential planning and protection of key technologies and demonstration(BAJ201311B04)project.The traditional folk house and settlement site selection in the vast areas of our country have a lot of consideration,the Feng Shui is one of the important factors.The topic of Feng Shui is also a research hotspot in recent years in the human geography.Therefore,this paper tries to make a research on the location of the traditional folk house and settlement in mountainous areas by using the theory of Feng Shui.First of all,based on the theory of Feng Shui framework and the contents of a brief combing,clear the true relationship between Feng Shui theory and geography,and scientific demonstration of the use of modern geography science perspective,rational factors determine the traditional folk house and settlement location.Secondly,on the basis of this,the selected object is located in the mountain area the Zhejiang province is located in Lanxi City,such as the Zhuge village,through the collection and survey data,the main historical literature and satellite map tool,according to feng shui theory analysis of traditional folk house and settlement planning ideas,determine the location of the environment advantage.Finally,combining with the research results of the previous two,from the spatial structure of landscape,space and road traffic system,test case design of modern residential settlements.According to Feng Shui classics,the author tries to provide a person in the ring A good case design,to achieve harmony between man and nature,the ideal realm of unity between man and nature.
