Micro angle deviation occupies a significant role in daily life as well as industry manufacturing test.As for former mechanized measurement,so tough is it that it couldn`t meet the need of development of contemporary industry.This means that the automation and digitization during measurement point out a main research direction for the method of micro angle deviation at present.It is optical angle measurement which possesses high accuracy and can measure without touching that has been most widely used in massive micro angle deviation measurements.Artillery proofread aiming technology has a great significance for automation and improve firing accuracy.There are some shortcomings when we proofread and aiming before the artillery leaves the factory,just like the low degree of automation,the low resolution and accuracy of test results.Aiming at these problems,we design a novel laser micro angular deviation measurement and proofread aiming system.The system which consists of position sensitive detector(PSD),collimating parallel laser tube and two-dimensional precision spin controller can use the photoelectric conversion and signal processing technology to acquire micro angle offset of artillery bore in real time.That means to complete the high precision measurement and improve the traditional proofread aiming method effectively.According to the basic goal of a project research,we find excellent characteristics by regarding laser as the light source of optical angle measurement after thorough researchment;we get the hardware composition of the measurement system and analyse each part of the system;we make a field test to the system and get the analysis result about test datas 、 test conditions and errors,which suggests that the system has more progress in accuracy、resolution、efficiency and so on than former traditional methods.Experimental test results show that the system whose resolution can reach 0.001°can detect the micro angle deviation with the barrel elevation range of 0°~70° in the whole course,so it can be widely used in the proofread and aiming of different caliber artillery bores.
