With the increasingly severe energy problem,heat recovery has become a hot topic,and the project with complex the irreversible thermodynamics process that wet air and spray water direct contact,lack of practical heat and mass transfer driving force research.Aiming at the problem of heat transfer and mass transfer of wet air and spray water,this paper has done some research on basic theory,phenomenological equation and experimental analysis.First of all,on the basis of the heat and mass transfer mechanism of the cross coupling.The heat transfer process and mass transfer process of wet air and spray water were respectively analyzed.Secondly based on the irreversible thermodynamics theory,derived the equation of entropy production rate.On the basis of the equation of entropy production rate,combining with the basic law(Curie law and the law of reciprocity),establish a system of phenomenological e equations describing the heat and mass transfer.Thirdly,through the experiment of different system influencing factors and the analyzed by the phenomenological equations,and found that under the condition of this experiment research,the factors of wet air and spray water system influence degree of heat mass transfer respectively from big to small is air and the water temperature,air velocity,air humidity,spray water ratio.To improve the driving force of the heat and mass transfer system,need to increase the air and water temperature difference,the appropriate increase in air flow rate,reduce air humidity and appropriate increase in spray water to gas ratio.Finally,choose a typical project of direct contact with heat and mass transfer of wet air and spray water is used to analyze the measured data.The results show that the theoretical model is basically reliable and the result is consistent with the change of the parameters of the actual project.Can be used to analyze the heat and mass transfer of wet air and spray water.
