The traffic problem has been always bothered the citizens and the designers of city.To solve the traffic problem we must firstly know how the traffic flow produces,and then we can solve the problem from the root.The OD data of residents travel is the most important reference frame to find out the way of traffic flow production.We can know the travelling characteristic from analyzing the OD data of residents travel.Meanwhile,from the evaluating of the OD route of residents travel,we can provide residents with better guidance.The mean way to obtain residents travelling OD data is residents travelling OD survey.Traditional way of OD survey,including artificial ask and form survey method.This method requires a lot of manpower material resources,however,the accuracy of the data is actually low.More modern investigation methods such as microwave method,induction coil method,video image test,GPS floating car method,etc.While because of the subjection to the conditions of equipment,it's difficult to effectively promotion.With the rapid development of mobile communication technology,and the rapid popularity of mobile phones,make it possible to obtain huge amounts of data based on mobile phone positioning.Therefore,this article studies the technology of the evaluation of resident trip OD route and the technology of the acquirement of OD matrix,based on mobile phone positioning data.The article in the first chapter introduces the application of the resident trip OD survey based on mobile phone positioning data.The second chapter introduces the present situation of the development of mobile communication technology,as well as to the data preprocessing method of mobile positioning.The third chapter introduces the dynamic OD route evaluation technology based on mobile phone positioning data.First of all,using a hidden markov model to do map matching with the mobile phone positioning data,in order to obtain the residents travel route information.Then compared the OD route with other similar paths based on uncertain multiple attribute decision making method to obtain the best travel path.The fourth chapter introduces the dynamic OD matrix based on mobile phone positioning data access technology.First of all,based on "time-space" double clustering method for mobile anchor point clustering to obtain the stay point.And then calculate the OD matrix based on the KMeans algorithm for traffic with the result of residents stay point information and result of traffic zone division.The fifth chapter of this article summarizes the research content and puts forward the research prospect for the future.
