At present,the majority of residents will encounter power outages at the peak of electricity.The reason for the power outage is mainly the failure of transformers,low-voltage switches,and low-voltage.When it comes to the peak of summer and winter annually,this phenomenon is more prominent.This kind of low-voltage equipment failure not only consumes the cost of rush repair,affects the operation efficiency of the power supply enterprise,but also affects the general resident's electricity consumption satisfaction.Cause of low-voltage equipment failure in addition to aging equipment,it is mainly because of the equipment's heavy overload,equipment long-term overload operation and the occurrence of burn damage.Therefore,it is particularly important to analyze and discuss the load rate of transformer with high efficiency and quality.Current load rate analysis is confronted with the problems of the analysis of transformer running data,but not the overall grasp of the transformer.In this paper,the conception of load-rate visible board of transformer is proposed,and the load rate of transformer can be grasped on the whole.In order to realize this conception,this paper constructs the transformer load rate index analysis system of distribution network,from five load rate interval "whole overload,whole overload single-phase overload," The overall overload,single-phase overload,single-phase heavy load "analysis and discussion of the load rate.Moreover,it can be differentiated according to different power supply area,and the heavy overload transformer" is the power supply department maintenance(property rights),whether there is a project renovation "into the statistics,which can make the analysis system meeting the realistic needs." At the same time,in order to improve the efficiency of load analysis,this paper also designs a load-rate analysis programs through VBA programming.Based on the data derived from the automation system,it can run the VBA program to quickly generate transformer load rate visible board.A VBA program is compiled to realize the analysis function of the corresponding transformer load rate.Compared with the current basic function of the metering automation system,the new development analysis software,the manual analysis three aspects,the VBA programming its function realization,the development cost,the analysis time aspect is the best.The paper also establishes the test of the transformer load rate VBA program and the result analysis model.The paper finally realizes the fast generating load rate visible board of transformer.In the realization process,the cost is low,the efficiency is high,and the program can expand,which are in line with the actual work needs and provide data support for the development of the effective operation and maintenance of transformer science and strategy.Scientific and effective operation and maintenance strategy can eliminate the fault hidden in the bud and reduce the number of equipment failures,thereby enhancing the majority of residents' customer satisfaction and power supply enterprises.
