The development of bogie comprehensive parame ters test bench of high-speed train is essential to the manufacture of bogie product,the optimizing of the structure,the control of quality and shortening the product development period,to ensure the safety of the vehicle operation and the stability and dynamic performance.As a kind of simulation operating mechanism which can realize six degrees of freedom,the bogie parameters test bench can realize the test of various parameters of the bogie.The main body of bogie parameters test bench includes mechanical structure and hydraulic system,whether it can meet the requirements of the design function depends on the electro-hydraulic servo system control of the test platform.Therefore,it is of great significance to design and optimize the control method of the electro hydraulic servo system of high-speed bogie parameters test bench.Based on the basic structure and function of bogie parameters test,determine the structure of the electro-hydraulic servo system structure and the main components of the selection,analysis of the rationality of using the position control mode to realize the motion control of each cylinder,and the feasibility of using feedback synchronization control method to solve the problem of redundant synchronization.By comparing and analyzing the problems existing in the widely used PID controller,a PID controller based on neural network is proposed to improve the control performance of the electro-hydraulic servo system.The electro hydraulic servo system model of high-speed bogie parameters test bench is established by using AMESim and Simulink.The electro-hydraulic servo system step response and sine response is simulated.By comparing the conventional incremental PID,BP network PID and RBF network PID control effect and two kinds of adaptive neural network PID control parameters.The results show that the tracking performance of the RBF neural network tuning PID control is better than that of the conventional incremental PID control and BP neural network tuning PID control.The track irregularity is simulated on the bogie parameters test platform based on the RBF neural network turning PID controller,simulation results demonstrate the superiority of precision control test bench RBF network tuning PID control method,this method can reduce the steady-state error test of electro-hydraulic servo system,dynamic characteristics to improve the system,effectively improve the loading performance test bed,has important practical significance to frame dynamic simulation and parameter test o f steering.Through the analysis of the above research and simulation results show that the RBF network tuning PID control method used in this paper can reduce the steady-state error of the electro-hydraulic servo system.The dynamic characteristics and the loading characteristics of the system are improved effectively.It has important practical significance to realize the dynamic simulation and parameter test of the bogie.
