Commuter Customized Bus Line Planning Based On Public Transit Card Data Analysis

Recent years,Big Data processing technology has already brought changes to the area of transportation planning.The ab ility of data presentation,which is multi-dimension and multi-angle,gives us a more visualized and more legible angle of view on the feature of resident trip and the spatial and tem poral distribution characteristics of traffic demand.How to take the advantag es of big data and m ake it the guide of the city traffic planning,traffic policy making,traffic plan evaluation,has been a hot research topic in the area of transportation at present.This article bases on the data of Pub lic Transportation Card,excavating the spatial and tem poral distribution characte ristics of the tar get group that commuter customized bus aims at by Big Data pr ocessing technology.And based on the above,planning the commuter custom ized bus line through single obj ective programming model.All the try strives to know the featur es of trip distribution more economically,more intuitively and more accurately,plan the commuter custom ized bus lines m ore sophisticatedly and lay the foundation of the commuter custom ized bus generalization.In the aspect of commuter trip inform ation recognition,the data of shanghai smart card is used to get the informati on of commuter group,commuter trip origins and terminal points,transfer behavior and so on the platform of ORACLE.This method is suitable for other data which has the same data structure.In order to grasp the feature of the passenger transferring which is from the public transportation way to the commuter customized bus.Three Logit models were built based on the survey data.The calibrated models can reflect the relationship.Also,under the principle of direct,fast,punctual,comfortable,and economical thought,the single objective programming m odel was built which aims at optimizing the balanced economy and speed and subject to occupancy rate,line no-linear factor and other index.Model algorithm was also de signed as for the prototype of Genetic Algorithm.The computational line plans were some kind of reasonable.At last,the article take s Pudong of Shanghai for exam ple conducting the data processing,passenger-flow analysis and commuter customized bus line planning,and the original intention of big data guiding the traffic planning is well realized.
