The automobile has brought the convenience,the quick life to the humanity,but also has brought the environmental pollution,especially in today,the pollution water source,the bad air,the noisy noise,all these are perplexing the people.In this context,the new energy vehicles emerge as the times require,become the contradiction between fast living and healthy environment.But the new energy vehicle mileage is the new energy vehicles especially a bottleneck in the development of new energy bus,the bus companies are put forward on the vehicle lightweight requirements higher,in order to increase the number of batteries and to promote the new energy bus endurance ability.As an important system which affects the performance of the whole vehicle,the weight of the suspension system has a great influence on the vehicle load.At present,the leaf suspension is widely used in the new energy passenger car suspension,but it can not effectively improve the vehicle load and improve the vehicle mileage because of its large and large occupied space.The air suspension has small weight,compact structure and small space occupation,which can effectively reduce the spring quality of the vehicle,increase the volume of the battery tank,improve the load of the whole vehicle and improve the mileage of the vehicle.This paper takes a host plant 8 meters of new energy bus technology background,according to the requirements of the vehicle overall design parameters and layout,development non independent air suspension,dynamic analysis,performance and wheel positioning parameters before and after the suspension of the amount of parameters reference values of vehicle handling stability and ride comfort is summarized.The main work is as follows:First of all,according to the technical parameters and the overall arrangement of the requirements,the location of the hard spot to determine the initial,and the hard point position of the suspension system is optimized by ADAMS software,and its motion characteristics are analyzed.Secondly,according to the load ratio and layout,matching design of front and rear suspension stiffness and damping,in order to achieve the ride comfort and operation stability of the target,designed and completed on the basis of air spring,shock absorber and stabilizer bar.Again,according to the suspension hard points,the 3D design of each parts of suspension system is completed by CATIA software,and the suspension system model is introduced into Hyper Works software to complete the finite element analysis.Finally,the suspension product trial and the whole vehicle test are carried out,and the suspension parameters are adjusted.
