There are commonly many excellent mechanical properties in aluminium honeycomb sandwich structures,for example,high strength,high stiffness,good fatigue resistance performance,good damping vibration,acoustic noise reduction performance and the superior of material and mechanical function.Aluminium honeycomb sandwich structures are widely applied to the satellite structures.A lot of aluminium honeycomb sandwich panels are used in the module and the main load-carrying structure of Satellite structure,the main work is as follows:Selecting the equivalent theories method of finite element model for aluminum honeycomb sandwich.In this paper,the equivalent model of aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure is summarized and deduced,The thesis are static equivalent,dynamic equivalent and the sandwich theories.The model is established based on three different ways of equivalent,in order to solve the inherent frequency of sandwich plate by using the finite element software MSC Nastran.The results show that model with the sandwich theory is very close to the natural frequency of the sandwich plate.A new idea is proposed to improve the vibration environments of satellites.Firstly,the finite element model of aluminum honeycomb plate for Satellite structure is established,making the modal analysis to get the first ten order natural frequency and formations and to explore the influence of geometric parameters on the natural frequency of.aluminium honeycomb sandwich panel.Then the sine vibration response analysis has been done and the corresponding analysis results have been given in the dissertation.The result show that maximum acceleration response within the scope of the 6g and the corresponding frequency is 118.97 Hz and 118.97 Hz,respectively corresponding to the first and the third order natural frequency of the aluminium honeycomb sandwich panel.The maximum acceleration response is 5.82 g.Lastly random vibration response analysis have been done and the analysis results have beengiven.Adding several enforced rids on this panel is proposed to reduce the response of random excitation load for the aluminium honeycomb sandwich panel.The conclusion of aluminium honeycomb sandwich panel is applied to the design of the satellite structure.The finite element model of the satellite structure is established.Dynamic analysis of satellite structure is a significant task,then mode analysis,frequency response analysis and random vibration response analysis of the satellite structure have been calculated in the software.The natural frequency of the satellite structure and acceleration responses curve of the different directions are calculated.And then exploring the impact of geometric parameters of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich plate on natural frequencies and the influence of maximum acceleration response for frequency response analysis.It is concluded that there are several enforced rids in this the honeycomb sandwich panel can reduce the random vibration response of the satellite structure.The result of aluminium honeycomb sandwich panel has actual guidance on the structure design of satellite structure design.
