| In this paper,job scheduling and operator optimization problems of hybrid flow shop are considered.Hybrid flow shop is very common in actual production lines.Based on the actual production line of a manufacturing enterprise,we analyze the existing problems of the production line and establish the lot streaming mathematical model of the hybrid flow shop.From the perspective of the operator’s competency and skill level of the operator,the operator has been optimized.In the part of lot streaming problem of hybrid flow shop: Firstly,a mathematical model is proposed and the model is revised by Lingo software.Artificial bee colony algorithm is chosen to solve the problem.Different from the original algorithm,we changed the encoding method and proposed 8 ways to change the solution.And then,discrete artificial bee colony algorithm is proposed and experiment is carried out by randomly generating data.The artificial bee colony algorithm is compared with the variable neighborhood search algorithm and discrete differential evolution algorithm.The result shows that the algorithm is verified for this kind of problem.Finally,the algorithm is applied to solve the actual production of hybrid flow shop,the data show that the makespan is reduced by 8.08%.And the method is quick and effective.In the part of operator optimization problem: Firstly,from the view of the operator’s competency and skill level of operator,set the total competency index of the production line and the cost of training fee as the goal,and conduct the operator optimization.And then,according to the actual production line,staff skills level,process time and other factors are selected to build a competency index system.Finally,according to the actual situation of the actual hybrid flow shop,an exhaustive method and variable neighborhood search algorithm are proposed for solving the problem.The results show that the method can improve the production efficiency of the hybrid flow shop,which is beneficial to the stability of the production quality of the process.At the same time,it has great benefit to the improvement of employee satisfaction. |
