With the gradual development of the state power system reform,the power generation enterprise has become an independent business entity.With the rising and expanding coal power installed capacity of power generation enterprises,competition between energy consumption index is more and more fierce,the power generation enterprises to gain more profit,in depth to carry out energy-saving work,efforts will use electricity and power plant coal consumption rate to a minimum,to improve themselves in the market competitiveness.The level of power consumption in the power generation enterprise directly affects the power supply coal consumption and the electricity consumption of the network.The generator sends out the same amount of electricity,the lower the power consumption rate of the plant,the more the power of the Internet,the lower the power consumption.In this paper,the structure of the main auxiliary equipment and the mechanical characteristics of the most common pumps and fans in the power plant are described.Effect of auxiliary power rate factor is the auxiliary plant operating efficiency,because the margin in the design of auxiliary set aside large,plus auxiliary power regulation by adjusting the retaining valve opening to achieve,which causes part of the energy consumption in the throttling loss,resulting in high energy consumption level of auxiliary equipment.This paper mainly through the combination of thermal power plant main auxiliary pump and fan operation regulation characteristics,the motor performance of main auxiliary equipment of power plant and the load of the mechanical characteristics were analyzed,the most effective means to improve the efficiency of the power plant auxiliary equipment is the speed adjusting.This paper discusses in detail the various kinds of AC motor speed control,and analyzed in terms of technology and economy,the main current control mode suitable for the thermal power plant auxiliary VVVF,hydraulic coupling and pole changing speed of three,the three speed control technologies can be used in different occasions and equipment,in the application each has advantages and disadvantages,combined with the equipment operation regulation characteristics,without compromising security,choose suitable control mode,can achieve good energy-saving effect.Finally,through the comparative analysis of power plant condensate pumps,circulating water pump actual reconstruction project,confirmed by the speed of energy-saving effect is obvious,for its power consumption is reduced,significantly reduced the rate of electric power plant factory,reduce the cost of power generation enterprises,improve economic benefits.
