Source Optical Coherence Tomography Swept(SS-OCT)is an important innovation in the field of OCT technology,which not noly has the advantages of noninvasive,contactless and high resolution,but also has the advantages of high signal to noise ratio,fast imaging speed and simple structure.SS-OCT endoscope is based on the scanning optical interference technology.By using micro probe to scan the body in the body,SS-OCT endoscope can acquires the internal level information of different parts in vivo.On the basis of analyzing the principle of SS-OCT imaging and the technology of endoscope,this paper makes the scheme of SS-OCT endoscope system,designs and develops the optical module and driver unit Probe(PDU),by using Lab VIEW designs the system program and the interface.The main work is as follows:1.According to the principle of SS-OCT,analyzing the parameters of SS-OCT system,make the project of SS-OCT endoscope system,the system is composed of swept source,optical module,PDU and Processor module.2.Design and build a SS-OCT optical platform,according to the principle of self alignment and using the visible light source to debug the space optical path and probe,adjust the optical path to achieve the best interference by using the oscilloscope;Due to the higher requirements of the SS-OCT probe,that needs to ensure the working distance of SS-OCT probe,design balloon catheter.The design of the balloon catheter is accomplished by using the stepping motor,the pressure sensor,the specific material and the coupling fluid;Design the PDU part,not only to achieve the stability of the probe in the rotation,but also to make sure the encoder signal and probe rotation synchronization,to ensure the accuracy of data acquisition and processing.Design PDU control board procedures,and realise the communication between PDU and the host computer;3.Design SS-OCT image reconstruction algorithm,using the MATLAB to simulate the algorithm,using the Lab VIEW FPGA module to realise the algorithm and debug the final algorithm;Using Lab VIEW to complete the design of the interface of the host computer,realize the control of the oscilloscope card,and complete the reading and display of the data;4.An automatic correction algorithm is proposed to improve the resolution of imaging,and the delay between OCT and k-clock is automatically corrected.
