Suspended monorail system is a kind of urban rail transit system,which its vehicle is suspended beneath the track beam.It originated in Germany,And then developed rapidly in Japan.But there is no application in China.Because the suspended monorail system has a lot of advantages,like easily derailed,safety,reliable operation,low noise,low cost,etc,more and more domestic cities Show interest in it.As a new type of rail transport system in china,there is a little of research on it.As an important part of the vehicle,the main function of the auxiliary power supply system is to provide stable AC and DC power for the load on the vehicle.The main load includes:air conditioning unit,air compressor,fan,lighting system and vehicle control system.The performance of the auxiliary power supply system will directly affect the safety of the vehicle and the comfort of the Passengers.Therefore,it is necessary to study on the system.Based on the report about the suspended monorail system and combined with the special structure and operation condition of the monorail,the article analyzes the typical electric equipment,power supply mode,operating requirements and the demand of emergency condition in the auxiliary power supply system of the suspended monorail train.Then a project is formulated about the auxiliary power system.The structure and the working process of the auxiliary power supply system is described in detail.Then this paper describes the details about the technical requirements,the Safety,the switching scheme of converter fault,the emergency program.The main technical parameters of auxiliary power supply system are analyzed:The circuit structure and circuit parameters are studied;The article put forward a double-loop control strategy of voltage and current;The circuit structure and circulation characteristics of two parallel converters are analyzed;The article put forward a control strategy based on instantaneous current;The paper studies the circuit structure of the battery charger.The simulation models of the single auxiliary converter,Converter parallel system,Battery charger and the auxiliary power supply system are established by using MATLAB/Simulink simulation software.Through the analysis and comparison of the simulation results,the design of the circuit structure,circuit parameters and control strategy of the auxiliary power supply system is proved to be reasonable.A kind of working condition of net pressure fluctuation is simulated,And the system is proved to be stable by observing the output characteristics of the system.The output characteristics of the system are simulated,when the load is started directly,started sequentially,started by reducing voltage.Through the analysis and comparison of the simulation results,a reasonable start-up scheme is proposed.The paper simulates and analysis the influence of load switching on the system.The paper analysis the operation status of the auxiliary power supply system on the condition of one auxiliary converters breakdown and emergency state.The simulation model is used to simulate the output characteristics of the auxiliary power supply system in this condition.
