As the main part of the transmission system,the gear box suspension mode affects the dynamic performance of the transmission system,thus affect the dynamic performance of the vehicle system.The speed of traditional vehicle is low,ignoring the influence of gear box suspension mode for the dynamic performance of the vehicle system.With the increase of the vehicle's running speed,the dynamic performance and structural strength of the vehicle are more sensitive to the gear box suspension.This paper presents a complete set of dynamic models including motor stator,motor rotor,gearbox,large gear,coupling,pinion and suspension system.According to the direct torque control theory,directly calculate the rotor flux and torque by the input rotor voltage and electric current.Finally,the Co-simulation method with Simulink/Simpack is used to establish the electromechanical integration control simulation model of high speed train transmission system.Based on the electromechanical integration control simulation model,the dynamic performance of the two kinds of suspension modes,such as the speed of the vehicle,the radius of the track,the wear state of the wheels and the stiffness of the hanging elementare,the smoothness and safety of the vehicle system and influence on Vehicle Structure Fatigue are analyzed.Compared two kinds of suspension model,through research found that C-type bracket suspension is higher than boom hanging suspension at critical speed.It can reduce the gear box head movement and through the curve more smooth.With the speed of the vehicle increases,the acceleration of both types of suspension aggravate,and the acceleration of C-type bracket is higher than that of boom suspension at low speed,but this situation is opposite at high speed.With the increase of the stiffness of the gear box suspension element,the vibration of the suspension element itself decreases first and then increases,meanwhile the C type bracket is greatly influenced by the suspension element,especially on the lateral and vertical vibration aspects of vehicle drive system.Gearbox and coupling stiffness changes will make the coupling and gear box dislocation.
