The theory of vacuum preloading method and experimental study has been very mature,its application in practical engineering soft foundation reinforcement is also very extensive.But the theory research and engineering practice of the technology are not synchronized,its theoretical research can’t keep up with the footsteps of engineering practice.Many problems in the project need through the theoretical and experimental research for demonstration and solution,this paper mainly aimed at Tianjin binhai area vacuum preloading in soft foundation reinforcement engineering,the problem of study from the following aspects: 1.The reinforcement mechanism of vacuum preloading systematic summary and analysis,and combined with engineering practice.2.Based on the testing data,the settlement of practical engineering,the overall degree of consolidation and hierarchical degree of consolidation is analyzed respectively.3.Through the large finite element software of ABAQUS to simulate the actual engineering reinforcement process,validation of numerical simulation of such engineering feasibility,and analyzes the influence of vacuum preloading method.4.Simulated the different depth of the flashboard reinforcement process,compared to corresponding to the reinforcement effect of depth analysis at the bottom of the effect of consolidation settlement.In the analysis of finite element model of soil mass,complex 3 d model can be converted into relatively simple planar model for research.According to the theory of the equivalent plastic drainage plate into sand Wells,in accordance with the actual vertical drainage water drainage board arrangement will be converted to the sand wall.Center and outward reinforced area must be within the scope of soft foundation settlement is larger;Subsidence of surface soil in the treated area is high,with the increase of the depth of the subsidence in smaller and smaller;Vacuum preloading can affect the soil under a certain depth range of plastic drainage plate,but the settlement is very small.Vacuum preloading can affect the soil outside the reinforced area,the horizontal direction is to reinforce the area contraction trend,could happen within a certain range of the settlement.In the drainage board did not reach the depth of the soil pore water cannot effective eduction,leading to the settlement is small,low degree of consolidation.When drain through the target soft foundation,more effective in the underlying soil pore water discharge,the overall degree of consolidation is close to soft foundation processing requirements,the treatment effect is better.Theconclusion is that on the premise of achieve the same effect,when the depth of band drain can penetrate soft base,processing time will be shortened.In the research,I found some issues worthy of further research,such as drainage plate spacing and depth of joint research board,the best combination of research.Later scholars can be in-depth research in this area.
