In this paper,the concept of design the 3MW Darrieus wind turbine blade system,refer to the National Renewable Energy Laboratory(NREL)announced the vertical axis vanes and semi submersible floating foundation,using double brake disc multi stream management theory,using MATLAB software programming blades power coefficient and gas dynamic load are calculated.The basic water power model of the semi submersible wind turbine is designed,and the RAO curves of the three directions of the wind turbine foundation,the vertical and the vertical and the vertical wave and the wave direction are obtained by the frequency domain analysis.And using spectral analysis to do a short notice.By time domain calculation,two sea wind turbine foundation of time response and cable tension are analyzed.The results show that meets the requirements in three degrees of freedom motion response and cable tension,the structure is safe.The motion response of a VAWT system with semi submerged floating foundation is studied by using the model experiment.The inherent characteristics of the motion of the wind turbine system are calculated by the free decay test.Effect of fan speed on the wind turbine system is analyzed by wind test.The motion of the wind turbine system is analyzed by means of wind test.The results show that the wind fan system of the pitching amplitude greater than the windless condition of longitudinal rolling amplitude;with the increase of wind speed,longitudinal wave amplitude increases,and other two degree of freedom fixed often wind does not have a significant impact.For the selection of the floating foundation,and according to DNV rules of column base plate minimum thickness and aggregate minimum section modulus design specifications.ANSYS software was applied to build the structure finite element model and calculation of the overall structural strength based on normal operating conditions and extreme conditions of floating type.Check the strength of each part of the floating foundation can meet the requirements.
